Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel, you must do this at least seven days before departure, otherwise the full ticket price will be charged and the gift card will be considered used up, this is because we must be able to plan our activities.

Tours may be cancelled in case of unfavourable weather, illness or too few notifications. If this happens, you will be lucky enough for another date.
